At FutbolTech, you may request deletion of personal information associated with your use of our website, forms, programs, communications, or connected services. This page explains how to submit a request and what happens next.
How to request deletion
Send an email to contact@futboltech.org with the subject line User Data Deletion Request. Include your full name, the email address or phone number used with FutbolTech, and a short description of the service or form where you shared your information.
If you are requesting deletion for a minor or another person, please include your relationship to that person and enough information for us to verify that you are authorized to make the request.
Data we delete
After verifying the request, we will delete or anonymize personal information that FutbolTech controls, such as contact details, form submissions, communication preferences, program registration details, and related internal records that are no longer needed.
Data we may retain
Some information may be retained when required for legal, tax, accounting, donation receipt, fraud prevention, security, or nonprofit compliance purposes. When retention is required, we limit the retained information to what is necessary and protect it according to our privacy practices.
Third-party services
If your data was processed through a third-party provider, such as a payment processor, email platform, analytics tool, social login provider, or donation service, we may direct you to that provider or submit a deletion request where our account permissions allow it.
Processing time
We aim to respond within 10 business days and complete eligible deletion requests within 30 days after verification. If the request is complex or subject to legal retention requirements, we will let you know.
Confirmation
When the deletion process is complete, we will send confirmation to the email address used for the request, unless doing so is not possible or legally restricted.
