We provide safe spaces for training and personal development through sports.

We work with an integral approach that includes body, mind and spirit. We want every Sports Light athlete to access sports, educational and spiritual growth tools.

Coach / Founder

"Nicolas Guento, head coach and founder, leads a holistic football model focused on athletic and human growth. His work combines modern training methods, tactical order, intensity and discipline with values such as respect, responsibility and teamwork. His objective is to improve individual and collective performance while building identity and belonging in every squad."

Working model

Community-focused operation with follow-up and transparency.

Planning

Men's football: +35 on Mondays at 19:00, First Team on Wednesdays and Fridays from 18:30 to 20:00, U-18 and U-16 on Wednesdays and Fridays from 16:00 to 17:30, U-14 and youth divisions on Wednesdays and Fridays from 17:30 to 19:00. Women's football: youth teams on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 16:00 to 17:30, First Team on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 17:00 to 19:00. Training takes place at Complejo Saturno, Eva Peron 2650, Temperley.

Achievements

The project has municipal recognition from the city of Lomas de Zamora. Across four years, teams have won titles in multiple categories and qualified for AFA-affiliated tournaments in both men's and women's football.
