Use of Information

We use collected information for the following main purposes:

  1. Process donations: To issue tax-deductible receipts and keep accurate records of contributions to our 501(c)(3) organization.
  2. Manage social soccer processes: To coordinate logistics for cleat, uniform, and educational scholarship delivery across our operating locations in the United States, Colombia, and other partner countries.
  3. Communication: To send quarterly impact reports, sponsored team updates, and donor portal notifications.

Data Related to FT Coin and Bitcoin

Our FT Coin rewards program is designed to teach financial education to vulnerable youth. Because 1 FT Coin equals 1 Satoshi, we follow pseudonymity principles inherent to Bitcoin technology.

Attendance records, English class performance, and youth leadership skills are associated with an internal identifier (ID) to protect the privacy of minors. We never publish public keys or transaction histories directly linked to a child's legal identity on the internet.

Sharing and Disclosure of Information

FutbolTech does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties under any circumstances. We only share information in the following cases:

  • With trusted service providers that help us operate our platform (for example, web hosting and email services), all of which are bound by strict confidentiality agreements.
