Global Vision & Territorial Expansion
During April, FutbolTech consolidated sustainable growth through a self-managed operational model, achieving active presence in 7 countries.
• Peru expansion: Operations launched in Lima and Arequipa through local ambassadors, enabling impact without increasing the organization's direct economic burden.
• Historic Africa milestone: FutbolTech extended its reach to the African continent — specifically Kenya — collaborating with the Victoria Sports Academy. This intervention included the donation of 15 mattresses, sheets, and food, benefiting 60 children and significantly improving their quality of life and rest.
Key Results & Social Impact
The month's management is reflected in solid participation and community well-being metrics:
• Reach: 849 registered participants on the platform, with 650 active direct participants.
• Training: 326 training hours completed — quality time for young people away from screens, fostering physical and emotional health.
• Donations & Support: 80 pairs of new cleats distributed (valued at approximately $7,000 USD) and $2,500 USD in bonuses delivered to 10 coaches to support their livelihoods and their families.
Strategic Alliances & Training Programs
FutbolTech continues strengthening its ecosystem through high-value agreements:
• Mental Health: The partnership with Psicología Sin Fronteras was formalized to design and deliver a psychological first aid course. The goal is to certify coaches so they can detect risk situations early.
• Financial Education: The design of a financial education methodology for coaches, youth, and families was finalized — it will begin implementation in May.
• New Partners: Notable advances include outreach to Nación Rosa y Negro (linked to Inter Miami) for joint social projects in Latin America, and the identification of new donors through leadership networks in Palm Beach.
Communication & Positioning
The communications team reported significant growth in digital visibility:
• Podcast "In the Game": 5 new episodes published, positioning the channel as an education and leadership tool that amplifies real stories from the field.
• Digital Presence: 94,000 views reached and considerable growth in engagement on TikTok and Instagram.
• Upcoming Event: On May 21, the FutbolTech Conference will take place — a key space for global positioning and securing funding for model expansion.
Challenges & Next Steps
For May, the organization will focus on improving the conversion of recurring donors, automating administrative processes through the platform, and continuing the professionalization of institutional communication to attract brands that want to align commercially with FutbolTech's social impact.
