Since 2021, Dana has played a leading role at Vantage Recreational Finance, where she helped scale the company into one of the fastest growing in its field, earning a spot on the Inc. 5000 list two years in a row. Her focus on operational excellence, customer experience, and sustainable growth continues to make a lasting impact.

Dana’s board service dates back to the 1990s with the YMCA of Wildwood, Missouri, and from 2004 to 2009, she served on the Board of Directors for the Association of Real Estate Women in New York City. Her career has taken her across a variety of industries and international markets, always with a focus on unlocking potential, building strong teams, and giving back.
