A Story of Resilience
Cesar Augustus is a Colombian-American entrepreneur and social impact leader born in Pereira, Colombia. He experienced poverty and instability in childhood, raised by a single mother. At age 12, he immigrated to the United States alone, crossing Guatemala and Mexico before entering Arizona's desert by truck. After reuniting with his mother in West Palm Beach, Florida, he worked as a janitor during his school years to support his family while dreaming of playing soccer.
His personal journey from vulnerability to leadership is at the heart of FutbolTech's mission — proving that with the right tools, any child can transform their future.
