Jorge Luis Osorio Contreras, known as Luis Satoshi, is an educator, technology strategist, and entrepreneur focused on community development in El Salvador. He is the founder and Chief Visionary Officer (CVO) of Misión 21, as well as CVO of The Block Barber Shop. An expert in Educational Criminology with training in Criminology and Criminalistics, he combines social analysis with the design of innovation and prevention projects.
He has served as an educator and instructor for leading initiatives such as Mi Primer Bitcoin and Bitcoin Beach, spearheading nationwide training programs in digital finance and technology tools for young people and communities.
Passionate about sports and an active lifestyle, he focuses his work on fostering local talent, building strategic partnerships, and connecting new generations with the tools of the future.
