Erika Olivera-Gutierrez combines her experience as a professional footballer with her entrepreneurial vision to create programs that empower young athletes — especially girls and women — to pursue their dreams with confidence and purpose.

Erika Olivera-Gutierrez's journey through professional football gave her a first-hand understanding of both the immense opportunity that the sport can provide and the barriers that stand between talented youth and their potential. Armed with that knowledge, she became a founder — building programs and organizations specifically designed to bridge that gap.

Her work focuses on creating environments where young athletes, particularly girls and young women, can develop not just as footballers but as leaders, entrepreneurs, and changemakers. She brings a dual perspective — elite athlete and organizational leader — to the challenge of expanding access and opportunity in football.

As a FutbolTech Ambassador, Erika uses her platform to amplify our Women's Soccer program and demonstrate that investment in female athletes produces returns that extend far beyond the pitch — into families, communities, and future generations.
