Carlos Wizard is one of Brazil's most prominent entrepreneurs, with over 30 years of experience in the franchise sector. He currently leads a portfolio of globally recognized companies, including Mister Wiz, Mundo Verde, Topper, Rainha, Taco Bell, Pizza Hut, KFC, and Social Bank.

Beyond business, Wizard is a bestselling author whose books have been published in the United States, Europe, and China — a testament to a mindset that transcends borders and industries. His journey is defined by faith. As a social entrepreneur, Carlos Wizard and his wife spent two years on the border between Brazil and Venezuela, personally welcoming and supporting Venezuelan refugees at a time of humanitarian crisis. This experience deepened his conviction that true leadership means showing up for those in need.

Today, Wizard dedicates a significant portion of his time to social initiatives focused on education and entrepreneurship, working to create pathways for vulnerable communities to build sustainable futures. He is married to Vânia, and is the proud father of 6 children and grandfather to 19 grandchildren.
