Mario Agudelo

Mario Agudelo, from Colombia, is a popular educator and social manager with more than 25 years of experience in designing and implementing processes of change in public and private organizations and institutions. Throughout his career, he has worked alongside communities and teams in building social projects, providing guidance, and leading initiatives that strengthen community bonds.

His vocation as a teacher has led him to work at different educational levels—from elementary school to university—always with a human and transformative approach. He has promoted the Pedagogy of Dreams in several Latin American countries, a methodology aimed at inspiring and empowering especially vulnerable communities and socio-community processes.

He is the creator of the social innovation initiative National Day of Dreams and founder of the Comando de los Sueños Foundation, an organization that serves as a platform for creative processes for change.

Passionate about social work and service, Mario firmly believes in education as a tool for transformation and in the collective construction of a fairer and more hopeful future.
